The morning comes quickly, and I wake up in Greyson’s arms. When I look at the clock, I’ve only gotten two hours of sleep. What’s worse is that I have to meet my family in an hour for breakfast.

I try to slide out of bed, but Greyson grabs my waist. “No, don’t go.”

Giggling, I snuggle into his chest. “I have to. It’s time to face the music. My family is pissed.”

He kisses the back of my neck. “Want me to come with you?”

I snort. “That’s the last thing I want. You and my brother in the same room right now? Bad idea.” He lets me go and I roll out of bed. My skirt, bra, and shirt are on the floor, so I scoop them up and put them on.

“I get it. But one day they’ll have to accept us.” I stare down at Greyson who pulls the covers away from his naked body, grinning mischievously. “Sure you don’t want another round before you go?”

I grab his shirt off the floor and throw it at his face, but he catches it. “Insatiable much? I thought I was bad.”

He bursts out laughing. “I want what I want. When will I see you again?”

That’s a good question. I walk backwards toward the door. “That depends on if my family kidnaps me to keep me away from you.”

Greyson climbs off the bed and walks over to me, all in his naked glory. He cups my face in his hands and kisses me. “Don’t worry. I’ll come save you.”

I wink. “If you haven’t noticed, I’m not exactly the damsel in distress type.”

His grin widens. “That’s what I love about you.”

My heart skips a beat and I smile. He didn’t exactly say he loves me, but I’ll take it. I kiss him quickly and reach for the handle. “I’ll see you later. Might want to step away before everyone in the hallway sees all of that,” I say, waving my hand up and down his body.

Chuckling, he stands there with his hands on his hips. “You would seriously open the door?”

Without any hesitation, I giggle and open the door, just as a little old lady walks past. Her eyes bug out of her head and her mouth drops open, but I quickly shut the door. Greyson bursts out laughing, and you can hear him in the hallway.

“Sorry about that,” I apologize, hoping the woman doesn’t faint.

She fans herself. “You are one lucky young woman. I remember when my husband looked like that.”

Cheeks burning, I nod. “Well, you have a good day.”

Still fanning herself, she heads down the opposite side of the hallway. “You too.”

Not wanting to risk running into any of my family, I take the stairs to my floor. Once in my room, I shower and put on clean clothes. There’s not much time to dry my hair but I run the hair dryer for a couple of minutes before braiding it to the side. I haven’t even bothered to look at my phone. I’ll just face the music when I get down to breakfast.
